2

enzover does the work

3

You get the outcome

Minutes and action points land in your inbox, ready to act on - or sync straight into Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM platforms.

Share it straight from your phone

Use your phone's own voice recorder

Not every conversation happens at your desk. Record it with your phone's own voice recorder, share it straight to enzover, and we take care of the rest: transcription, summary, and action points, just like meetings recorded on the desktop app. Easy, simple, efficient, so your personal note taker isn't tied to your desktop. It's with you, always.

Frequently asked

How do I set up phone sharing?

Open the Meeting Recorder web app on your phone in Chrome and tap the ⋮ menu, then "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen"). Once installed, "Meeting Recorder" shows up as an option whenever you share an audio file from another app.

How do I share a recording from my phone?

Record something in your phone's Voice Recorder app (or any app that produces an audio file), tap Share, then choose "Meeting Recorder" from the list. You'll land on a confirmation page before it uploads.

What happens after I upload?

It's transcribed automatically into a speaker-labelled transcript and summary, the same pipeline as recordings made with the desktop app. No manual step after upload.

What's the difference between the desktop app and phone sharing?

They're companions. The desktop app records meetings automatically in the background on your computer. Phone sharing is for recordings you already made on your phone, like Android's Voice Recorder.

Is my data safe?

GDPR-compliant, built on a European tech stack. Recordings are processed on the same enzover account and infrastructure as the rest of your workflows. See our Privacy Policy and Trust & Compliance page for details.

I shared a file but I'm not logged in, what happens?

Your recording stays safely queued on your device. You'll be asked to sign in with your enzover account before the upload completes.

What formats can enzover convert notes into?

By default, enzover structures notes using a clear, universal format. This can be customized to match the frameworks your organization already uses. For sales teams, this can include methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN and BANT. enzover's recorder can also support industry-specific formats and templates used in sectors such as healthcare, construction and legal services.
