1. Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

"Affiliate" means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party.

"Account" means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

"Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

"Illegal Content" refers to any content that, in itself or by its relation to an activity, is not in compliance with applicable European Union law or the law of any Member State.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern the use of this Service and the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

Age Requirement

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

When You create an account, You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms, subject to the notice requirements under the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Your Right to Post Content

Our Service allows You to post Content. You retain your ownership rights, but by posting, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that Content to provide the Service.

If we take action against your Content or Account, we will provide you with a Statement of Reasons. You have the right to appeal our decision within six (6) months through our internal complaint-handling system.

5. Limitation of Liability (EU Standard)

The Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence caused by our actions, as required by EU consumer protection laws.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. You may bring disputes before the competent courts of The Netherlands or your country of residence.
