Your Right to Post Content
Our Service allows You to post Content. You retain your ownership rights, but by posting, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that Content to provide the Service.
Content Restrictions & Moderation (DSA Compliant)
You may not transmit any Content that is Illegal Content or violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Infringement of intellectual property (copyright, trademarks).
- Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment.
- Spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
- Non-consensual sharing of private data.
Moderation Actions
If Content violates these Terms or the law, the Company may:
- Restrict the visibility of the Content.
- Remove or disable access to the Content.
- Suspend or terminate Your Account.
Notice and Action Procedure (The "European DMCA")
If you find content that you believe is illegal or infringes your rights, you may submit a notice to privacy@enzover.com. Your notice must include:
- A clear explanation of why the content is illegal.
- The exact URL or location of the content.
- Your name and email address.
- A statement of good faith regarding the accuracy of your report.
Right to Appeal
If we take action against your Content or Account, we will provide you with a Statement of Reasons. You have the right to appeal our decision within six (6) months through our internal complaint-handling system.
