Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how enzover collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you interact with our website and services.
Topics Covered
What Data We Collect
enzover may collect the following types of personal data:
- Personal identification information (such as name, email address, phone number)

- Any additional information you voluntarily provide

- Register for our services or request information
- Fill out forms or provide feedback
- Communicate with us via email or other channels
- Use or browse our website (including via cookies)
We may also collect limited data indirectly through:
- Analytics tools
- Partner platforms (where applicable)
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and manage our services
- Process requests and maintain your account
- Improve our website, products, and user experience
- Communicate with you, including updates and relevant information
- Ensure security, compliance, and proper functioning of our platform
Where required, we will only send marketing communications with your consent.
Data Sharing
enzover may share your data with trusted partners where necessary to deliver our services. These partners are required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
We do not sell your personal data.
How We Store Your Data
1. Data Residency (EU-Based Storage)
All your account data, workflow blueprints, and encrypted credentials are stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). This ensures your data remains under the protection of EU privacy laws.
2. Workflow Content (The "Pass-Through" Model)
Our service acts as a secure bridge between your apps. We follow a stateless processing architecture inspired by open-source standards:
- Volatile Processing: When a workflow is triggered, the data is held in temporary memory only for the duration of that specific execution.
- Immediate Purge: Once the workflow finishes, the content processed during that run is purged from our active execution environment. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your private message or file content.
- AI Privacy: For AI-powered steps, data is sent to Mistral AI via an encrypted API for real-time inference. Your data is never used to train our models or Mistral's models.
3. Encrypted Service Connections
To interact with your tools, we store the necessary OAuth tokens in our secure database.
- AES-256 Encryption: All third-party credentials are encrypted at rest. We never see your raw passwords.
- User Authority: You retain full control. Revoking a connection in your dashboard immediately and permanently wipes that token from our database.
4. Workflow Blueprints & Metadata
- The Blueprint: The workflow steps, configuration settings, and logic you created are stored for as long as your account is active.
- Execution Logs: We maintain minimal metadata (success/fail status and timestamps) to help you monitor your flows.
Marketing
We may send you information about our products, services, or updates.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option or contacting us directly.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on applicable law (including GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability
To exercise any of these rights, you can contact us directly.
How We Use Cookies
We use mostly only strictly necessary technologies to provide our service. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
1. Authentication
We use strictly necessary cookies to manage your secure login session and protect against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF). These are essential for you to access your account and workflows.
2. Analytics (GoatCounter)
We use GoatCounter for basic web analytics. This tool is cookie-free and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
How to Manage Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. You may choose to disable cookies, although this may affect the functionality of our website.
